The room was clean and spacious, which was a definite plus. The area felt a bit unsafe at night, though.

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a good-sized fridge. On the downside, the pool was closed during my stay. Friendly staff and decent breakfast options made it a solid choice for a short visit.

Checked in and immediately faced a chaotic situation. The front desk staff were unhelpful and dismissive. Guests were visibly frustrated over stained sheets and malfunctioning key cards. On a brighter note, breakfast was excellent. Sausage and eggs hit the spot. The jacuzzi in the room offered a fun escape, and the overall value was decent for a last-minute stay. cleanliness left much to be desired. The carpets were stained, and bathroom outlets were outdated. With staff attitudes needing improvement and cleanliness standards lacking, there is significant room for growth. Proceed with caution.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that felt inviting. I appreciated the large bathroom, offering ample space. Despite the drawbacks, I noticed many amenities available at a reasonable price, like drink machines on each floor. The noise level was surprisingly manageable, allowing for a peaceful stay. Breakfast options were varied and satisfying. the pool was closed for repairs without prior notice, which was a letdown. Minor cleanliness issues included stained carpets and wooden headboards. there were many positives, though a few details could use improvement.

The rooftop terrace offers stunning city views. The breakfast spread, while limited, has decent eggs and coffee.
It’s a bit tricky to get into the property.

It was a bit pricey, but worth it!

I had the worst experience at this hotel. The staff were rude and kicked us out for noise complaints that made no sense.

We had a blast at Hard Rock Casino, it was like stepping into a music lover's paradise! The kids loved the vibrant atmosphere, and my wife and I enjoyed trying our luck at the games. River Spirit Casino was a relaxing escape by the water, with great dining options.
My wife says that the hotel should offer a kids' play area.

Clean room, comfortable bed with a delicious hot breakfast including sausage, eggs, and cereal to start the day right.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The excitement never stopped with the non-stop games and parties. The staff were cool and gave us tips on where the best action was at!
Wish there was a better spot for wild late-night hangouts near the hotel. A cool spot to chill after hitting the casinos would've been epic!

During my Christmas stay, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The location was central, making it easy to explore the city. the hotel offered a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at ease.
I did notice some cleanliness issues in the room and the pool area. The pool seemed dirty, and the cleanliness of the bedding could be improved.

So, we recently stayed at the Ramada, and I have to say, it was quite a mixed experience. Let's start with the positives , the room we had was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The ironing facilities were handy for getting our clothes looking sharp, and the air conditioning worked well to keep us cool during our stay. I also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities in the room, perfect for a quick pick, me, up in the mornings. there were a few areas that could use some improvement. The carpet in the room felt a bit dirty, and there was a faint mildew smell that was off, putting. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the hot water took quite a while to warm up, which was a bit frustrating. On the bright side, the room service was prompt and efficient, and housekeeping did a good job of keeping things tidy during our stay. But, the overall cleanliness of the hotel could have been better. In terms of other amenities, the flat, screen TV was a nice touch, and the refrigerator and microwave came in handy for storing and heating up snacks. the lack of free toiletries was a bit disappointing. All in all, our stay at the Ramada had its ups and downs.

The room faced the interstate, but the clean rooms and convenient location made up for the noise. I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. I'll recommend this hotel.

Had a fantastic stay during my quick biz trip. The breakfast was on point with a variety of options like sausage, eggs, and cereal. The room was comfy with a jacuzzi, making for a relaxing evening. Convenient location, easy to find, and just what I needed after a long workday.
The hotel needs a bit of an update, especially in the room furnishings. Some chairs were worn out, and the bathroom in need of maintenance.

Admired the largest bull sharks in captivity at the Oklahoma Aquarium nearby. Enjoyed watching biplanes, helicopters, and an F-14 Tomcat fighter jet at the Tulsa Air & Space Museum. Had a laugh at the complimentary hot breakfast in a comfortable setting.
Found a lovely neighborhood for a midnight stroll, complete with charming locals and free acupuncture services.

Our group of friends had a great time at this hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all of our needs were met. The location was convenient, close to the interstate and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The hotel had excellent amenities, including a fitness center, indoor pool, and jacuzzi. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities like a microwave and refrigerator. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, offering a variety of options to start our day. a great experience.
Front desk communication could have been improved, but it was a small issue.

I chose the Ramada for its perfect location near the QuikTrip Exposition Center. The customer service agents were also available to assist with check-in and pleasantly surprised me with their helpfulness. Plus, the snack bar/deli was a nice touch for a quick bite.

we had a very pleasant stay at Ramada. we were impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and quiet ambiance, as well as its convenient location near various dining and shopping options. the staff, including desk clerk Lisa, were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process, even when our original room was unavailable due to some damage. the comfortable beds, peaceful environment, and the availability of amenities like the swimming area and fitness room all contributed to a great experience. we particularly appreciated the quick checkout and excellent service from the staff. we will definitely consider staying here again.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊
